Park : I can understand that and I can`t blame them. I suppose you`re tired your best to explain the situation to them.
Come : Well, we`ve certainly tried. But some of our customers have had to reply on manual handling in order to in time for seasonal demand. They`re complaining to us that this mean higher labor costs for them. While no one has come up with any actual figures yet. We are afraid that some of them are going to start demanding discounts. Now we don`t want this problem to get any worse. All of these customers are important to us. We want to continue to do business with them in the future.
Park : We feel the same way, of course, but it will be difficult to solve the problem of delayed shipment by discounting the price. As you know, the contractual price for these robots was as low as possible. The best we can do is among the total 60 units, we`ll try to have 30 units shipped from the factory by the end of this month. The remaining 30 units will be shipped at the end of next month.
Come : That means that 30 will be one month late and 30 will be two months late.
Park : That`s right. Do you think that some of your customers will accept this divided shipping schedule.?
