What is the bulgogi
The word bulgogi is
commonly translated as Korean barbecue. Bulgogi is one of Korea’s most popular beef dishes. It is made from thinly sliced sirloin or other prime cut of beef. The meat is marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, chopped green onion, garlic, sesame, salt, pepper, sugar, other vegetables, etc.

Bulgogi goes back a very long way in history. From the ancient times, Korean knew various methods of cooking meat. At the first they roasted meat on skewers. Much later they found out how to cook it on grills, after which marinated bulgogi could appears.
