Brodsky was an opposite type of person. He was the commercial director under Keller’s direction. He was very cultivated and intellectual. But he did not get along with his colleagues, subordinates and distributors. Since Keller felt esprit de corps was important, he was not evaluated well by Keller. In the first annual performance evaluation, the overall rating was sufficient. Later, it changed to ‘Good’. In the second one, it went back to ‘sufficient’. Due to this not good relation between them, one of Vorstand Haussler worried about it.
