1. Strength
- There is a representative character, `Mario`. It was a dorminant game character in 1970~1980 s.
Mario is a great character foundation of Nintendo.
- Also there are various product aimed for middle-aged and women.
- Most character are not realistic but cute. So it is helpful to reduce the various user`s
rejection.
- There are various input unit such as `touch pen` and `TV remote control`. It was designed like
electronic product which we use everyday life. So it`s familiar to user.
- Nintendo hasa high brand power.
2. Weakness
- They don`t make daily necessaries, so they feel overwhelmed by pressure to respond quickly to
environmental change.
- The lowest share in the game-business world.
3. Opportunity
- Expansion of game business market.
- Increase of the consumer who lost their interest in video game ->develop various game
category.
- Although a world-wide depression in business expriences, game business is not influenced
by economy environment.
4. Threaten
- There are powerful competitor such as Sony and MS.
- Illdgal copy of software.
