A. Attention Getter. Few months ago, one of my friends who worked at a family restaurant said most of the restaurant workers do not wash their hands while working. According to a recent Kansas State University study, restaurant workers blame time limits, inconvenience, not enough training. For me, it was very shocking news because I eat out almost every day.
B. Credibility. It is disgusting when someone goes to the bathroom and doesn’t wash their hands, especially if they are those who serves food. That’s why I have done this research on this most important subject. .
