According to IKEA Group Yearly Summary in 2013, IKEA is making the 10% growth in an average year during 10 years: 2003 to 2013. It’s a kind of outstanding performance in terms of business administration. In other words, to get 10 % growth during the 10 years continuously is not an easy work; that is a great performance.
