본 연구는 지적장애학생의 개인적 변인과 사회적 변인에 따라 나타나는 진로성숙의 정도를 비
교하여 지적장애학생들이 진로성숙특성을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위
해 지적장애학생의 개인적 변인과 사회적 변인에 따라 진로성숙에는 어떠한 차이를 보이며 개인
적?사회적 변인에 따른 진로성숙 관계는 무엇인가란 연구문제를 선정하고, 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년,
중?고등 학교학생 지적장애학생을 200명을 의도적으로 표집하여 본 연구자가 구안한 진로성숙검
사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 회수된 진로성숙검사 182부를 이용하여 변인에 따라 평균과 표준편차
를 산출하고 t검증과 분산 분석(ANOVA)을 통계 유의차를 검증하고 개인적?사회적 변인간의 관
계를 분석하기 위해 중다회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결
과, 지적장애학생의 진로성숙 정도는 개인적 변인에서는 장애정도와 문해수준, 사회적 변인에서는
학교유형과 지역에 많이 영향을 받으며, 여러 가지 변인 중 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인은 장애정
도와 문해수준인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지적장애학생의 진로성숙을 지원하기 위해서는 장애정
도와 문해수준, 학교유형과 지역에 적합한 지원방안을 모색해야 할 것이다.

영어 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the career maturity characteristics of
student with intellectual disabilities and compares the degree of intellectual disability
which depends on the student' personal career maturity factors and social factors. To
achieve these objectives I chose two research questions: what are the differences in
career maturity according to intellectually disabled students’ individual variables and
social factors, and how is career maturity related to personal and social factors of
intellectually disabled students? I did intentionally sampling among 200 intellectual
disability student of grade 4~6, middle school, high school, and they took career
maturity test which was conducted by me. This study uses retrieved career maturity
test 182, calculates the average and standard deviation according to the variables,
analyzes through t verification and ANOVA, and verifies statistical significant
difference. Also to analyze the relationship between personal factors and social factors,
I verified using multiple regression analysis. As described above, the career maturity
degree of the student with intellectual disability can get lots of impacts by the degree
of disability among individual variables, the type of school and the district among
social variables. The degree of disability and the literacy level are the greatest
variables among many variables. Therefore in order to support the career maturity of
the student with intellectual disability, we need to find a suitable support plan for the
degree of disability and the literacy level, the type of school and district.
