본 연구는 초등학생의 경쟁-비경쟁 체육수업모형에서 체력특성 및 비만이 신체활동량의 지표인 심박수와 혈중젖
산농도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전라남도 S시에 위치한 D초등학
교의 6학년 학생 12명(남 6명, 여 6명)을 대상으로 하였으며, 총 30명의 학생들을 대상으로 경쟁모형과 비경쟁모
형으로 구분된 체육수업을 실시하였다. 이에 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 경쟁 체육수업모형에서 측정시기별 심
박수 차이는 수업 20분과 수업 40분에서 나타났고, 혈중젖산농도의 차이는 수업 20분과 수업 40분에서 통계적으
로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 특히, 경쟁 체육수업모형에서 측정시기별 상호작용효과는 심박수와 혈중젖산농도에서
통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었고, 측정시기와 집단 간의 상호작용에서 혈중젖산농도가 유의한 차이를 보였다.
또한 비경쟁 체육수업모형에서 측정시기별 심박수는 수업 40분에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 측정시기에 따른 상호
작용효과에서 심박수와 혈중젖산농도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 특히, 비경쟁 체육수업모형에서 측정
시기와 집단 간의 상호작용은 심박수에서 유의한 차이를 보였다.

영어 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of physical characteristics and obesity on heart rate and
blood lactate concentration which is a physical activity index in competitive and non-competitive instructional
models for physical education for elementary students. The subjects of this study were 12 6th graders(boy=6,
girl=6) attending D Elementary School located in S City, Jeollanam-do. Physical education class which was
divided into competitive and non-competitive models was given 30 students. Finally, the following conclusion
was drawn. First, there was statistically significant difference in heart rate by the period of measurement in
20th minute(p<.05) and 40th minute(p<.05) of the class in the competitive instructional model for physical
education. Second, there was statistically significant difference in blood lactate concentration by the period of
measurement in 20th minute(p<.01) and 40th minute(p<.05) of the class in the competitive instructional model
for physical education. Third, there was statistically significant difference in heart rate(p<.001) and blood
lactate concentration(p<.001) by the period of measurement in the competitive instructional model for physical
education. Also, there was statistically significant difference in blood lactate concentration(p<.01) for interaction
between the period of measurement and groups. Fourth, there was statistically significant difference in heart
rate by the period of measurement in 40th minute(p<.05) of the class in the non-competitive instructional
model for physical education. Finally, there was statistically significant difference in heart rate(p<.001) and
blood lactate concentration(p<.001) by the period of measurement in the non-competitive instructional model
for physical education. Also, there was statistically significant difference in heart rate(p<.05) for interaction
between the period of measurement and groups.
