한국어 초록

본 연구에서는 치료자 총 135명을 대상으로 치료자의 경력, 훈련 경험에 따른 자아탄력성과 스트레스 대처방식의 차이에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 척도는 박현진(1996)의 자아탄력성 검사지와 김정희(1987)의 스트레스 대처 방식 검사지이고, 자료 분석은 Cronbach's 盼계수, t-test, ANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 치료자의 학력이 높을수록 자신감이 높아지고, 치료자의 연령이 높은 집단과, 근무 기관이 병원 내 상담실인 집단이 대인관계 효율성이 가장 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 치료자가 자격증이 있고, 상담 년 수가 높고, 상담 사례 수가 많은 집단이 다른 집단에 비해 자신감이 가장 높았다. 또, 치료자가 자격증이 있고, 상담 년 수가 3년 이상인 집단이 대인관계 효율성이 가장 높았다. 셋째, 치료자는 슈퍼비전 경험이 있고, 집단상담 횟수가 많은 집단이 자신감이 높고, 개인분석 횟수가 많은 집단이 대인관계에 있어 가장 효율성을 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 치료자의 연령이 만 30세-34세 집단, 근무 기관이 복지관 내 상담실 집단에서는 스트레스 상황에서 사회적으로 지지를 추구하는 방식을 가장 많이 사용하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또, 복지관 내 상담실 집단이 가장 문제 중심적으로 스트레스를 대처하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 다섯째, 자격증이 있고, 상담 년 수가 높고, 상담 사례 수가 많을수록 문제 중심적 대처를 더 많이 사용하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 여섯째, 슈퍼비전 경험 횟수가 100회기 이상이고, 집단 상담을 받은 집단이 받지 않은 집단보다 문제 중심적 대처 방식을 많이 사용하였고, 개인분석 횟수가 1-10집단과 집단상담 횟수가 10미만인 집단에서 정서 중심적 대처를 많이 사용하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of the ego-resiliency according to the career and training of experience of therapist; the differences of the stress coping style according to the career and training of experience of therapist. The subjects of this research were 135 therapists, the tool which has been used for this research was The Ways of Coping Checklist(Folkman, Lazarus, 1985), The Ego-Resilience Inventory(Klohnen, 1996)was used. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, Cronbach'α, t-test, ANOVA. First, the confidence of the ego-resiliency have been shown high when the scholarship of therapist was high. And, the interpersonal relations efficiency of the ego-resiliency have been shown high when the age of therapist was high, when they work in child-counseling Center in Hospital. Second, the confidence of the ego-resiliency have been shown high when the therapist have license, when the length of their service was long, and when there were many cases of playtherapy And the interpersonal relations efficiency of the ego-resiliency have been shown high when the therapist have license, when the therapist has more than 3 years in career. Third, the confidence of the ego-resiliency have been shown high when the therapist has experience of supervision, when the therapist has much experience of group counseling. And the interpersonal relations efficiency of the ego-resiliency have been shown high when the therapist has much experience of personal counseling. Forth, the social support of the stress coping style have been shown high when the age is 30-34 group, they work in childcounseling Center in Settlement. And, the problem-focused coping of the stress coping style have been shown high when they work in child-counseling Center in Settlement house. Fifth, the problem-focused coping of the stress coping style have been shown high when the therapist have license, when the length of their service was long and when there were many cases of playtherapy Finally, the problem-focused coping of the stress coping style have been shown high when the therapist has much experience of supervision, when the therapist has mush experience of group counseling. And the emotion-focused coping of the stress coping style have been shown high when the therapist has 1- 10 group in experience of personal counseling, less than 10 group in experience of group counseling.
