The first experience in which I went through a service breakdown was at a restaurant. The restaurant was a Korean type fast food restaurant located near Sook-myung university, and had targeting shallow pocketed customers like us students. So the food was cheap and plentiful, but the interior and the service wasn`t so good. They merely served ordered food formally without showing much effort in service. The restaurant originally gave out side dishes by an order such as a bowl of yellow radish pickles and kimchi. The food was fine, even though not fine-fine, but the problem was those side dishes they gave out to every customers coming to the restaurant. Among the bowl of radish pickle, I spotted a flawed pickle, which clearly bared a teeth mark. It freaked me out. So my friend and I showed the object to the business owner. He merely gave a disregarding glance at the thing, and without admitting what the store had done
