INTRODUCTION
A thought or an idea needs a long time to come into being as an ideology (a set of doctrines or beliefs that form the basis of a political, economic, or other system) or theoretical theory. Serious discussion and contention among scholars and experts, who are studying with great concerns, a knowledge of common people should be included in long time process. After serious discussion and contention in scholars and experts, a thought or an idea has experienced the process of making politicization. Some experts try to publicize through mass communication or mass media. Without universal acknowledgement by the common people, a thought or an idea is just personal philosophy or thought.
Most all personal thoughts or ideas start with the representative viewpoint of a special region or group. Some ideas come from narrow and selfish viewpoints through the process of serious discussion and contention among scholars and experts, while others emerge without throwing out their narrow opinions.
