English… It`s a very troubled subject to me. The stress by memorizing incredibly many words and endless idioms makes me feel that the English is very difficult. In addition, the records are also terrible. Anyway, There is no doubt that English is very big barrier to me. At least, before I entered this school, I liked English. The memory was beginning at my elementary school`s period.
When I was elementary school student, English is the fresh shock. At first time, I learned English through `Yoon`s English school! The strange letter-Alphabet- was enough to satisfy my curiosity. Also the Panda`s adventure is so interesting for me, so I studied English very hard. (`Yoon`s English school`s educational way is that to give teaching material, listen it everyday and the teacher check it every week..) Soon, I learned pronunciation of a short vowel, a diphthong, prolonged sound. I finished the Phonics quickly, and I set about learning a short sentence in earnest. Maybe it was the third grade in elementary school. From then to fifth grade, I contact with many sentences. The materials for studying at that time were `Pengi the Penguin` and so on.
Since then, I learned grammar at first. The Text was `train train English`, that explain simple grammars. (For example, the plural forms…) At first I didn`t understand why foreigners use too difficult things like this. (But now, I know the Korean grammar is more difficult.)
