According to how to stop smoking, by Min, these days, many people try to stop smoking for their health; in contrast, youth age groups are significantly increasing. The reasons are that they get a lot of stress and peer pressure in school, and the author advices that how they can stop it. First, they should spend time with nonsmokers rather than with smokers. Second, they take on new activities, such as work out, hobby, and worship. Third, they should keep your hands busy. As a result of these advices, they might stop smoking. Finally, the author hopes that all people who smoke awake effect of cigarette which is harmful for health, and try quitting it.
