ABSTRACT

한국어 초록

본 연구의 목적은 체형에 맞는 Driver Swing을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 체형분류
를 위한 문헌연구와 문화 기술적 방법, 포트폴리오 방법을 적용했다.
연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
① 체형은 외배엽형(ectomorphy), 내배엽형(endomorphy), 그리고 중배엽형(mesomorphy)으
로 구분했다.
외배엽형 : 골격이 가늘고 신장 180cm이상, 체중 70kg
내배엽형 : 골격이 굵고 가슴이 뚱뚱한 몸매. 키 165cm, 체중 80kg이상
중배엽형 : 전체적으로 균형 잡힌 몸매. 키 173-175cm, 체중 70-75kg
② 외배엽형은 스텐스는 어깨넓이이고 백스윙시 팔이 높이 올라 간다.
③ 중배엽형은 백스윙시 허리를 많이 턴시키고 손목을 일찍 코킹 시킨다.
④ 내배엽형은 스텐스는 어깨넓이 보다 넓게 서고 백스윙시 팔은 높지 않다.

영어 초록

This study purposes to explore feasible methods for the development of various
golf driver swings according to different types of physique.
In order to differentiate and classify different physiques, the author conducted an
in-depth study of relevant materials, extensive somatype observation, and portfolio
review.
The research finding shows that as classified according to individual bodily
characteristics, there are largely three unique types of physique : ectomorphic,
endomorphic and mesomophic.
The individuals who are characterized as ectomorphic have ; small bones ; light
and farily undefined muscles ; long, slender arms; small chest; flat, slender
abdomen, and narrow hip, with average height at 180cm and weight at 70kg.
In general, endomorphic individuals have pear-shaped bodly structure and tends
toward obesity. They have a large amount of viscera and fatty tissue, averagely,
their height is 165cm with approximately 80kg of weight.
Those characterized as mesomorphic are the individuals who are offenly referred
to as the athletic type. They generally have : V-shaped bodily structure; heavy,
well -defined muscle throughout, large bones, and relatively narrow hip; large
hands and arms. their average height ranges from 173 to 175cm, their weight,
from 70 to 75kg.
The study on the three distinct types of physique in relation to golf driver
swing methods showed that:
1) The ectomorphics tend to keep the distance between their feet at shoulder
width and during the takeaway, tend to raise their arms higher.
2) The endomorphics tend to stand with their feet wider apart than their
shoulder width and tend to keep their arms low during the takeaway;
3) The mesomorphics tend to make a fuller movement of waist and
early-cocking during the takeaway
