Introduction
Arthralgia : Subjective experience of pain referable to a bony articulation.
Arthritis : the joint shows inflamed, as evidenced by the classic signs of inflammation : redness, warmth, swelling, and tenderness, in addition to pain with motion.
All that is arthralgia is not arthritis a critical distinction in the differential diagnosis
Evaluation
A complete history taking is important in the initial assessment of a child with joint pain
