제1절. 골조공사골조공사의 하자로는 벽체균열, 균열로 인한 누수 등이 주로 존재한다. 균열로 인한 철근부식⋅누수⋅오염⋅불안
감 등을 없애기 위해서는 적절한 공법을 적용하여 균열부위로 공기⋅수분⋅염분⋅황화수소 등의 침입을 막고 철근
부식과 콘크리트의 열화현상을 억제해야 할 것이다.
1.보수절차
성능저하의 원인, 보수범위와 규모, 환경조건, 안전⋅보수기간, 경제성 등을 고려하여 보수재료, 보수공법, 보수
시기를 선정한다.
1)보수여부를 판정하여 보수의 범위와 규모를 산정한다.
2)발생현황 및 환경조건을 파악한다.
3)보수재료, 보수공법, 보수시기를 산정한다.
2.보수공법
1)분류 : 보수목적, 균열의 현상과 발생원인 및 균열의 폭에 따라 일반적 공법인 표면처리공법, 주입공법, 충진
공법과 기타공법(핀그라우트공법, 침투성 방수제도포공법 등)
2)보수공법은 내구성을 목적으로 철근 부식여부, 균열 폭 및 균열발생 원인, 보수의 범위 및 규모, 환경조건,
공기 및 경제성 등을 조합, 검토하여 적정한 보수공법 선정
가.표면처리공법
: 균열폭 0.2mm이하의 변동성이 적은 미세한 균열 위에 도막을 형성하여 방수성 및 내구성을 향상시킬 목적으로
사용하며, 균열부분만을 피복하는 방법과 전면을 피복하는 방법이 있다.
第4章.공동주택의 공종별 하자원인 분석 및 대책
균열의 성장이 정지된 상태에서는 균열선을 따라 폭50~100mm를 와이어
브러쉬로 닦아 낸 후 폴리머시멘트 페이스트나 모르터로 균일하게 도포한다.
콘크리트 표면에 0.3mm이하의 미세한 균열이 많이 분포해 있는 경우도
동일한 방법으로 도포(기계분무 가능)
진행성 균열인 경우 경화후의 재질이 단단한 폴리머시멘트 페이스트나 모
르터로 보수할 경우 보수부위에 다시 균열이 발생하므로 균열면을 와이어
브러쉬로 완전히 청소한 후 균열선을 중심으로 폭10~15mm 테이프로 부
착하고, 포30~50mm, 두께2~4mm의 변형성 및 신장성이 큰 시일재를
도포하여 바닥의 변형을 이 테이프 사이에서 흡수할 수 있도록 한다.
