Health effects of Obesity
As society becomes more modernized, more people are suffering from obesity. Obesity is caused by different reasons. For example, in modern life, a lot of people don’t get provided opportunities for physical activity because of automated system and advances in technology. In addition, people ingest foods that include high calorie due to fast food, irregular eating habits, and frequent eating out. For these reasons, obesity brings many diverse health problems which can be divided into two: physical problems and psychological problems. These health effects of obesity could influence children as well as adults. In today’s society, childhood obesity is a growing concern, because more and more children suffer from obesity. Therefore, it is very important to know what physical and psychological effects of obesity influence overweight children.
