1.1 Evaluate VOC
In order to improve the Seoul Bus system, our team agreed that the best way to get the VOC was majorly from internet users and a little part from FGI or Survey.
We collected the 102 VOCs in April,2010, and 188 VOCs in March,2010 and we reviewed 110 complains.
All of the VOCs are summarized mainly into two categories:
The system is not available for all the bus lines (such as in 인천, 파주).（ coverage area ）
Usually buses do not arrive the station on time (more than 2 minutes delay).（ service stability ）
1.2 Translate VOC into CTQs
VOCs analysis-translate users’ VOCs and feedback into CTQs.(Pareto chart)
Prioritize CTQs-based on the results of the users’ VOCs and survey.
1.3 Integrate CTQs with Business Strategy
The goal of our project is to improve the customer satisfactory of using ‘Seoul Bus’ in i-Phone.
We had already received positive customer reaction from the internet and surveys.
The improvement effort as a whole differentiated our team from others since no ones were using Six Sigma strategies and tools.
