This paper proposes to make a detailed evaluation of Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. the world’s second largest cruise company operating 35 ships in the cruise vacation industry with approximately 71,200 berths as of December 31, 2007.
Our analysis will cover,
• A History of Royal Caribbean
• Analysis and Evaluation of Mission
• Analysis and Evaluation of Goals and Objectives And finally,
• The conclusion
Through our analysis we shall endeavor to bring out the major highlights of the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. claimed in its Mission statement.
