Actually, I watched three movies among five selected movies by professor. The movies are ‘Farewell My Concubine(패왕별희)’, ‘michael Collins’, and ‘Lagaan’. First two movies are already familiar with me. Because I have watched a lot of Chinese and Hollywood movies until now. But, it was first time that I watched the Bollywood movie. So, I selected this movie for writing essay.
If I summarize this report by one sentence, the feeling that I felt in the class of Indian music and dance was very unfamiliar for me firstly, but there are lots of points that made me shaking with the rhythm. Honestly, I’ve not mush known not only about Indian music but also about the other countries music culture. As you might know, this time is not enough to learn Indian music well. But I really want to describe this fantastic movie: Lagaan, and its music, but it’s very difficult to me. So I will just make the story of my feeling in my words.

During watching this movie, I felt this movie style is really similar with ‘Mamma Mia’ watched few weeks ago. The people of Champaner who are looking forward to the rain, just staring the blue sky, was really wanted the dark clouds, and the deep demand of theirs were translated and reflected by the music, delight music. I think the word ‘delight’ is absolutely fine to express their music, song, and dance, and surely their mind.
