Before calculate convection coefficient, you need to calculate the flow velocity by the simple Bernoulli equation,

Density is calculated with appendix.A table using interpolation method.
So, ρ=1.142[kg/m3]
Velocity=25.104[m/s]
And calculate Reynolds number.
Re_D=V*D/ γ =16354.7…(3) this value is in between 10^4 〖and 10〗^7 we can use Hilpert correlation.
(Nu) ̅_D≡(h ̅D)/k=C Re_D^m 〖Pr〗^(1/3)=69.273…(4)
C=0.193, m=0.618 (appendix.B)
Pr is calculated with appendix.A table using interpolation
Pr=(0.716(40-35.7)+0.712(35.7-20))/((40-20))=0.713
At the same way, k=0.027 [W/mK] and using equation (4) again
h= 185.78[W/m^2 K]
