'Bulgogi' is Korean grilled beef, "fire meat". It is grilled and sometimes is cooked in a pen. In Seoul it is called as 'neobiani'. Bulgogi has been eaten from Goguryeo in three dynasty age. It was originally called maekjeok that time, which is the beef being grilled. It was called neobiani , meaning "thinly spread" meat, which was for the wealthy and the nobility in the Joseon Dynasty.
