Venezuela is located on the northern coast of South America. This country shares a border with the Caribbean Sea and North Atlantic Ocean. The population is estimated 31,568,179 (44th) in 2016 and the density is 33.74/km2 [1]. Venezuela has numerous natural resources which are diamonds, gold, natural gas, gold, bauxite, iron ore, hydroelectric power [2]. The GDP is known as $76.458 billion in 2019 [3].
Venezuela is one the countries famous for the production of oil and this country produced 298.350 million barrels of oil reserves with over 2000 barrels produced daily in 2014 [2]. The first start to be a producer was started since 1914 when the first commercial oil well, Zumaque I, was drilled [5]. Venezuela has the largest oil reserves, and the eighth largest natural gas reserves in the world and also part of the founding members of the International Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) [3], [4].
