The Flesch Reading Ease score for the Waiver 1 is 12.2 whereas Waiver 2 is 19.3. There is not a big difference in the two scores because sentences in both documents are fairly long and heavily embedded; however, Waiver 2 score is slightly higher because the sentences are shorter and less embedded compare to Waiver 1. Waiver 1 consists of 615 words whereas Waiver 2 of 475. Waiver 1 approximately 3.41 legal homonymy in every 100 words when Waiver 2 uses about 4.63 legal homonymy in every 100 words. There is more legal homonymy used in waiver 1 and waiver 1 scored less in reading ease scores. Legal homonymy has a technical meaning in a simple language when used in an operative document that the readers may be confused or misunderstand the meaning of the term.
