[Photosynthesis pigment in plant]
Green plants have six closely related photosynthetic pigments (in order of increasing polarity):
① Carotene - an orange pigment

① Put spinach leaves and Acetone 5ml at bowl and grind them finely.
② Centrifuge extracts from bowl at 2000rpm, 5min and get supertants from that separately.
③ Prepare conical tube and put prepared phase liquid at small amount. cut filter paper at profit size of height 15cm and width 2cm. Fold one end of paper and stick to conical tube cap. (You can just some attachment like pin, tape for setting to bottom part of cap of conical tube. )
④ Using capillary or micro-tip, put small drop of prepared chlorophyll extract from about 2cm above another end. Drops should not be wet at phase liquid of conical tube.
⑤ Put filter paper at conical tube. Be careful that filter paper should not contact wall of tube.
