INTRODUCTION
Kenneth points out that the concept of ‘Sports’ has basically been based on athletes of each university. Within the secret economy of college sports, the student athlete has lost unbiased rule and they are involved in serious trouble with sports agents because of a number of agents use corrupt measures with the students who want to go to notable university of sports. Hence, the improper transactions against legislated regulations have been occurred between student athletes and agents: ‘What can be done to stop the corruption associated with sports agents in collegiate athletics? Improprieties occur because the opportunity exists to make money. The solution, in broadest terms, is simple: remove the opportunity to prosper by “cheating”.’(2003:6)
