1)Curry is a popular food in South Korea. South Korean`s palates are accustomed to eating spicy food. Curry with lots of Potatoes, carrots, onions, blue beans, pineapple, pork is less expensive and satisfies our appetites.
2)The benefits of curry are detoxifying the body, and helping people become healthy and slim. The spices used in curries boost body`s metabolism and burn fat. Curry helps to decompose wastes and toxins become healthy thin, It is ideal diet food. owing to spices which it raises temperature. Curry warms our body so, fats decrease to keep on burning. But, overeating or eating high calory curry materials will backfire. The materials may use vegetables, fruits, seaweed and so on. And The basis of the yur-veda`s theory is to eat little. Making curry using natural spices is better because curry in stores, and supermarkets uses many additives.
