Your advertisement for an assistant convention planner, appearing March 19 in Section C of the Korean Herald, immediately caught my attention because my education, training and experiences closely parallel your needs.

According to your advertisement, the job includes “assisting in the coordination of a wide range of planning all part of congresses, events and etc. as well as working at the place where the events are going on and checking the progress.” My working experiences at many congresses as a staff introduced me to similar tasks. Assisting the convention planners enabled me to understand all part of preparing the convention event and make plans. In my major, business management, I did lots of team projects, so I am quite good at planning and processing something.
