목적 : 본 연구는 국내 연구를 중심으로 치매 환자 가족부양자를 위한 중재프로그램과 제공된 프로그램의 효과에 관한 체계적 고찰을 시행하여, 국내 연구의 진행 방향을 시사하고 앞으로의 연구 및 중재 적용 시 뒷받침할 근거를 제시하고자 하였다.
연구방법 : 자료 검색을 위해 Riss, Kiss, 국회도서관의 데이터베이스를 사용하여 ‘치매’, ‘가족’, ‘부양자’, ‘프로그램’을 검색하였다. 자료 수집은 PRISMA(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses)를 이용하여 최종 15편의 연구를 선별하였다. 자료의 질적 수준 평가는 연구의 질적 수준(hierarchy of levels of evidence for evidence based practice) 분석 모델을 사용하여 평가하였다. 최종 15편의 연구를 기반으로 PICO 방법을 적용하여 자료를 추출하고 분석하여 체계적으로 정리하였다.
결과 : 총 15편의 문헌에서 적용된 중재프로그램 16개의 질적 수준, 중재 기간, 종속 변인과 중재 유형에 따른 효과를 분 석하였다. 16개 프로그램의 유형과 효과를 분석한 결과, 복합적 프로그램은 8편으로 가장 많이 사용되었고, 우울, 부양부담 외의 다양한 영역에서 효과를 나타냈다. 심리 ․ 정서적 지지프로그램은 주로 우울에, 가족지지프로그램은 가족탄력성에, 교육 프로그램은 부양부담에 효과를 보였다.
결론 : 본 연구는 국내 치매 환자 가족부양자 중재프로그램의 현 위치를 파악하였고, 가족부양자에게 필요한 맞춤형 중재 프로그램을 적용할 수 있는 근거를 제시하였다.

영어 초록

Objective : This study aims to suggest the current status of domestic research and to provide evidence to support future research, conducting a systematic review focusing on domestic research on the effect of intervention program for family caregivers of people with dementia. Methods : For data retrieval, 'dementia', 'family', 'supporter', and 'program' were searched using the databases of Riss, Kiss, and the National Assembly Library. Data were collected by PRISMA(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) and the final 15 studies were selected. The qualitative level of the data was assessed using the hierarchy of levels of evidence for evidence based practice. Based on the final 15 studies, the PICO method was applied to extract and analyze the data and organize it systematically.
Results : This study analyzed quality level, intervention period, Dependent variables and effect by types of interventions of 16 intervention programs applied in a total of 15 studies. Analyzing the types and effects of 16 intervention programs, Complex programs were most often used as 8 interventions, and showed effects in various areas other than depression and support burden. Psychological and Emotional support programs were mainly effective in depression, Family support programs were effective in family resilience, and Educational programs were effective in supporting the burden.
Conclusions : This study identified the current status of the domestic intervention program for family caregivers of patients with dementia and presented the basis for applying the customized intervention program needed for the family caregivers.
