International Energy Agency (IEA) announced that CO2 concentration should be reduced to less than 450 ppm. According to IEA, reduction of CO2 emission in power generation, industry and transportation is important to accomplish this goal. In case of transportation part, 27% of total transportation fuel consumption must be supplied by biofuels. However, there are several problems to commercialize the biofuels as followings.
