본 연구는 성인애착과 결혼만족도의 관계에서 자기자비의 조절효과를 살펴봄으로써, 자기자비가 결혼관계에서 치료적 개입 가능성이 있는지를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 전국 6개 지역의 기혼자 424명을
대상으로 친밀관계경험검사, 결혼만족도검사, 자기자비 척도로 구성된 자기보고식 설문지를 실시하였
다. 성인애착, 자기자비, 결혼만족도와의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였다. 성인애착이 결
혼만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 자기자비가 성인애착과 결혼
만족도의 관계에 있어 조절효과를 나타내는지 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구
의 결과, 회피애착, 불안애착이 높을수록 결혼만족도와 자기자비는 낮게 나타났고, 자기자비가 높을수
록 결혼만족도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 불안애착은 결혼만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났
으나, 회피애착은 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 자기자비는 불안애착과 결혼만족
도의 관계에서 조절효과를 나타내었으며, 하위요인 중에서는 자기판단이 조절효과가 검증되었다. 마지
막으로 연구 결과에 기초하여 의의, 시사점, 제한점이 논의되었다.
영어 초록
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of adultattachment styles and marital satisfaction and the moderating effect of
self-compassion, as well as possibility of therapeutic intervention of
self-compassion for married couples. This study targeted 424 married people
in 6 regions of Korea. Research tools; Experiences in Close Relationships
Questionnaire-Revised (ECR-R), Korea-Marital Satisfaction Inventory
(K-MSI), and Korean-version of the Self- Compassion Scale (K-SCS) were
used. Data analysis was conducted using correlation analysis for adult
attachment, self-compassion and marital satisfaction. Multiple regression
analysis was used for the effect of adult attachment to martial satisfaction
and hierarchical regression analysis for the moderating effect on adult
attachment and martial satisfaction. The result of this study includes
avoidance and anxiety attachments are negatively correlated with martial
satisfaction and self-compassion. In addition self-compassion is positively
correlated with marital satisfaction. Anxiety attachment is meaningfully
influenced on marital satisfaction, but avoidance attachment style does not
affect marital satisfaction. Self-compassion has a moderating effect on
anxiety attachment and marital satisfaction meanwhile self-judgment had a
moderating effect among the 6 subscales of self-compassion. Finally the
results of this study were discussed and the limitations as well as
suggestions.
