영어 초록
The society in Song Dynasty has been concentrated on inward
consciousness of humankind with a fusion of Confucianism, Buddhism,
and Taoism. In particular, the effects of Buddhism, especially Zen, had
caused new and various changes to scholars’s poem, literature,
calligraphy and painting by its unique thinking methods. Su Shi(蘇軾,
1037-1101) was a leader of the scholar in such era. When he was 49
years old, he became the Dharma heir of Donglinchangzong(東林常
總,1025-1091) in Golden Dragon School(黃龍派). Chan(禪) had acted to
him strongly in practical aspect as the motivation of his art. Su Shi
could sublimate various Zen logics(禪理) to the art which has higher
level of spiritual value by expressing Zen logics as artistic ‘Chan Will(禪意)’. ‘Chan Will had gone further his art world to the higher levels
of interrelating and fusing among his poem, calligraphy, and painting.
To Su Shi, Chan will had been deeply practiced and fused his
worldview, outlook on life, and aesthetics viewpoint in daily life. Su
Shi had expressed and fused his ‘Chan will’ transcendentally, actively,
positively and lively in his various art category. It was possible from
the artistic expression of an optimized ‘Chan will’ of Su Shi.
