Carbonaceous thin films were prepared from acetylene and argon by plasma assisted che-mical vapor deposition(Plasma CVD) at 873 K. The Carbonaceous thin films were characte-riaed by mainly Raman srectrocopy, and their eletro-chmical properities were studied by cyclic voltammetry and charg-discharge measurements in propylene carbonate(PC) solution. Ranman
sperctra showed that crystallinity of carbonaceous thin films is correlated by the applied RE power.
