‘BLUE OCEAN’ is management strategy in order to search a new market. The market capitalism increased the competition of the enterprises. The enterprises must win from competition. When it is not like that, the enterprises cannot survive. So the competition of market came to be the intensity. The market calls ‘RED OCEAN’ as this. But the enterprise must convert a thought. When it is like that and those enterprises is a possibility of searching the market which is not competition. Rightly the market is the ‘BLUE OCEAN’. And the book of the ‘BLUE OCEAN’ is the strategy operating manual in order to search a ‘Blue Ocean Market’. This book is the whole world bestseller. I can’t understand like this fact. Because of this book is not the general novel. This book is for the leader or the enterpriser of the enterprise. But this book is world-wide bestseller. I think that the reason is strategy of this book even in what kind of project because the application is possible. I read this book, and thought very joyful. Because of the instance of ‘BLUE OCEAN’ strategy is all interest. And the conversion of the thought which the book talk is because of the application is possible even in what kind of business. During I read this book, I endeavored in order to try an application actually. The next I will arrange the contents regarding the ‘BLUE OCEAN’. And after that, I will present the application instance of ‘BLUE OCEAN’ strategy.
