3. You are traveling in the US and you need to make a reservation for a hotel room for you and your wife for 3 nights and 4 days. I am the clerk who answers the phone.
4. I am a waitress/waiter at a steak house. You want to order a steak dinner.
5. You were given some pants as a gift but you don`t like design. you go to the store to exchange them. I am the clerk.
6. I am your neighbor im an apartment building. My dog keeps you awake at night by barking. Make a complaint to me.
7. You ordered a meal ar a steak house, but the waiter brings you the wrong dish. What do you do? I am the waiter.
8. You have found a used car that you want to buy. When you call the owner of the car, what questions would you ask to ensure that the car is reliable and affordable? I will be the car owner. Call me and ask about the car.

2. Wh-factors In detail로 설명하라고 했으니, 과거의 경험을 육하원칙에 근거하여 조목조목 이야기해보자.
3. Story needs to be fun and energetic!! 재미있었던 일을 부각시켜서 이야기하는 것도 좋다. "이야기"(story-telling)에서는 듣는 사람이 지루하지 않고 재미있게 이야기를 만들어나가는 것이 중요하다.
