According to ABS research, most of Korean stays in Sydney city area (ABS, Cat. No. 2068.0 – 2006 Census Tables). For that reason, I set up the target market who is Korean living in Sydney CBD. Additionally, most of them are oversea students or working holiday visa holders. That means they are young and interest with fashion trend.
As we shown above, a hair salon has several types. But in reality, most of hair salons exist as hybrid type. Any one can walk in and take hair cut or make appointment. I research about which kind of hair shop located in where.

Conclusion
This hair salon industry is booming in Korean society in Sydney. A few years ago, there were only two or three Korean hair salons in city. During recent 3months, I saw two Korean hair salons open in Pitt St. Many Korean students study hairdressing in Australia. After that, they might be employed to some hair salon or they may open their own hair shop somewhere in Australia.
