`Little Red Riding-Hood`, told time and time again, has various versions. In other words, the story has been the subject of numerous modern dramatizations and readings and changed considerably in its history. I want to think about the implication in this fairy tale which has received a lot of love for a long time. Then I`ll be able to satisfy my curiosities, which are as follows.
First of all, why did the girl who is the heroine of the story wear a red hood on her head? Red is a safety color which has universal meanings: stop and prohibition. So it is used for the signs of arson, fire extinguisher, scram, etcetera. And the color, red, affects the psychological state because it arouses our passion, initiative and excitement. Sometimes red is the term commonly used to describe madness in literature. Thus, `Red` means danger, and it is more passionate color than any other color. A hat is a head covering, often with a brim round it, which is usually worn out of doors to give protection from the weather.
