① prior to the experiment, treat the SM20C soft steel bar each 4 type of heat treatmeant (Anealing, nomalizing, quenching, tempering). this process is very difficult and dangerous to do in the laboratory, so it is ready throughout outsourced operation.
② mounting : this process is good for promoting the experiment speed. mounting process make the steel being easy to grab when we are running the polishing process
③ polishing : the purpose of this process is to observe the state of 4 type`s steels this is the polishing machine. the role of this machine is surface grinding. put an abrasive of polishing cloth with water. And grind the surface by using emery paper. at first, use thick paper to remove part of hurt. And make the steel like glass by using minute paper. grinding better, getting the better results.
④ clean the and corrode test specimen.
