1. IntroductionThis essay will discuss monetary policy, fiscal policy, and growth policy directions for stimulating the economy in Japan that evaluates gradually to have shaken off the shadow of long-term recession over the past 20 years. It is divided into two board sections. Section one outlines the long-term stagnation and the economic recovery process in relation to the cause of the Japanese economic recession, and the policies as ‘Abenomics’, Abe and economics, a coined word, promoted by Japanese Prime Minister(PM) Shinzo Abe, and the effects of the three arrows of it. Section two shows the views on the Abenomics effected that causes to Japan economy referred to Economic Policies and the Global Environment.

Each of the above phases is connected in order.
2.1.1. The cause of the Japanese long-term recession
Since the collapse of the bubble economy in the 1980s, Japan has fallen into the economic doldrums so-called lost decade. Even after more than 10 years, the long-term recession in Japan has continued as lost 20 years and perhaps lost 30 years (Hirakata et al 2016, p. 31).
