IntroductionTemperature measurement is vary important in various field including heat transmission, mass transfer, thermodynamics, conservation of energy and conversion. Temperature measurement can be implemented in many ways. Measuring method can be changed according to circumstance, there is no best way fitting for every occasion. In the experiment we use 3 thermometers; K-type thermocouple, platinum resistance thermometer(PRT), vapor pressure thermometer. From the values from the measurement, we drew the time-temperature graph and calibrated each result to make it go close to reference temperature.
1. Thermocouple
1) Principles of Thermocouple

A thermocouple is a sensor used to measure temperature. Thermocouples are made with two wires of different metals, joined together at one end to form a junction. The junction is placed on the surface or in the environment that's being measured. As the temperature changes, the two dissimilar metals begin to deform, causing a change in resistance.
