This is recently news about Market in Cheongju.
We are bitten by something that why Cheongju rents are better cost than seoul rents. So, we start research to find out reason and method of improving.
2.Abstract
2-1 Purpose of study
-Study spatial distribution pattern of market and assort generalized pointed out characteristics, and elicit factor that effect to the location.
-Analyze how is the commercial form. This method is base on location of discount store and traditional and road.
-Analyze influence that cheongju population density and application areas in to market.
=> Location decision that consider these factor
