Warfarin binding to human serum albumin. Warfarin (308 Da) at concentrations of 100, 50, 25, 12.5, 6.3, 3.1, 1.1 and 0 μm were injected at a flow rate of 100 μl min−1 over asurface containing 6000 resonance units (RU) of immobilized HSA in 20 mm Na2HPO4, 150 mm NaCl, 3% DMSO, pH 7.4 at 25°C.
