1. Abstract

Nowadays, almost people have smart phone and most of them are using Android OS. 20% of internet users use Chrome instead of Explorer. Many people use Google Maps and 30 hundred million cases of internet search per day are using by Google.
Google is one of the world best company and they achieved many things just during 17 years. These successes in a short time had not unprecedented. In this sense, Google definitely has some special points unlike other companies.
Also many people want to succeed in various positions, for example, someone wants to succeed as the CEO, and someone wants to succeed as an employee. The CEO and top-level managers of Google succeed tremendous, and many employees in Google also think that they succeed. Many employees called themselves ‘Googler’. It shows that how many staffs of Google love their company. So, what are the special strategies and points which made Google to one of the biggest company?
Google is not very familiar company to Asian. Also many people don’t know Google’s diversity business areas. However as the report, we could understand and know about Google’s philosophy and what they pursuit.
