Shakespeare deals with common themes such as love, adultery, war and ghost in his plays that I have read so far, and Henry V was not the exception. However, the reason why I cannot take my eyes off of his plays is that he creates many controversies on these themes. War and Religion are two main themes that are portrayed in Henry V, and I focused on religion.
Shakespeare juxtaposes the shape of an ideal monarch and the shape of a Machiavellian monarch in Henry V.
The play Henry V weighs more on the Machiavellian style of monarch to represent mechanism of authority.
