인생3막 평생교육을 위한 노년기 배움형 일자리창출 플랫폼 개발 연구 (Study on the Development of a Platform for Creating Learning-type Jobs for Seniors for Lifelong Education in the Third Act of Life)

초록

본 연구는 노년기에 스트레스를 받지 않고, 자신이 좋아하는 일을 하고 삶을 즐기며 행복한 노 년을 즐길 수 있는 인생3막 배움형 일자리 플랫폼을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구플 랫폼 내 노인 대상 일자리 분류군은 어떠한지, 인생3막 배움형 일자리 플랫폼 모형은 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 노인 대상 배움형 일자리 플랫폼 개발은 교수체제설계의 프로 토타이핑(Prototyping) 개발 방법론의 절차에 따라 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 시스템 개발 과 정이 중복적·병렬적으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구절차는 노인 대상 배움형 일자리에 관한 선행연구 분석 후, 매칭 플랫폼 개발 단계로 노인의 이해를 돕는 일자리 분류군의 구조화를 위해 전문가 집단을 구성하고 FGI를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 연구플랫폼 내 노인 대상 일자리 분 류군의 가시화와 직관화에 초점을 두고, 노인의 진로 및 적성검사와 궤를 함께 할 수 있는 새롭 게 유목화된 일자리의 분류군은 사랑, 몰입, 여가, 봉사군의 4가지이다. 둘째, 인생3막 배움형 일 자리 창출을 위한 플랫폼의 설계 프로세스는 개별화된 진로 및 적성 검사, 빅데이터 분석 결과와 개인의 경력전환(성공적 노후) 매칭, 멘토링과 컨설팅, 현장연계를 통한 진단 설계 및 구조화 단계 를 거쳐 개발된 플랫폼 모형이다. 본 연구의 결론은 노년층에게 성공적인 삶의 질을 제공하고 사 회 문제 해결에 기여할 수 있는 기초 연구로서 큰 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

영어초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a learning-type job platform for the third act of life by looking into jobs that allow people to enjoy a happy old age by doing things they like without being stressed in old age. Through this, we aimed to find out what the job classification group for the elderly that the research platform was and what the model of the learning-type job platform for the third act of life was like. In this study, the development of a learning-type job platform for the elderly was carried out in a redundant and parallel manner through the system development process of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation according to the procedures of the prototyping development methodology of the teaching system design. This research procedure was conducted by forming a group of experts and conducting FGI to structure job classification groups that help seniors understand, after analyzing previous studies on learning-type jobs for seniors, and developing a matching platform. The results of this study are as follows: First, the classification of jobs for the elderly within the research platform focuses on visualization and intuition, and the newly classified jobs that can be in line with the career and aptitude tests for the elderly are divided into four categories: love, immersion, leisure, and service. Second, the design process of the platform for creating learning-type jobs in the third act of life is a platform model developed through the stages of individualized career and aptitude tests, matching of big data analysis results with individuals' career transitions (successful retirement), mentoring and consulting, and diagnostic design and structuring through field linkage. The conclusion of this study can be said to be of great significance as basic research that can provide a successful quality of life for the elderly and contribute to solving social problems.
