청소년쉼터에 대한 가출팸 청소년의 목소리들 (Voices of youth runaway-family about youth shelter Service)

초록

Purposes of the research were to examine lives and experiences of runaway-family youth and to propose the policy implications for the target population. To answer the research questions proposed by the study qualitative interviews(n=21) of youth who had experienced runaway-family on the street.
Analysis on qualitative interviews data described experiences and processes voices for their future and the national system.
Based on the findings qualitative interviews needs for specialized and multi-functional youth shelters responding to demands and voices of runaway-family youth, needs for improvement in accessibility and utilization of youth-shelter, needs for improvement in coordination efforts across welfare, education,services and programs for the target population, needs for improvement in work-environments and professionalism of social workers and practitioners.
These findings can be utilized as basic data on youth policy-makers, professionals, researchers, practitioners, youth leaders, teachers, and parents to runaway youth in Map and adolescents understand and revitalizing education in the proper perspective and attitude formation would be helpful. Runaway youth, as well as policy makers and to determine and may be used as basic materials.
Through the direct voice of youth runaway realistic experience for the youth shelter for able to identify and find the direction by virtue of the fact that this study may have great significance. However, significant limitations of sampling,according to the typology of runaway youth-family in-depth analysis by other analytical methods, Research and leave a follow-up study of the challenges and limitations of this study.
