1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES In the current real precedent for the construction of turnkey construction for extension of validity of expert interviews, literature search, through the lawyer's comments were analyzed.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD Literature research, expert interviews, case studies, a lawyer comments (3) RESEARCH RESULTS Country. Abroad case studies and literature surveys, expert interviews, expert opinions of lawyers throughout the analysis of these two cases due to design changes during construction is considered as an extension application

2. RESULTS The purpose of this study for the turnkey construction of the extension of time to avoid claims is to analyze the feasibility of an extension. A prime example of a turnkey project, through the analysis due to design changes by mutual agreement of Employer and the Contractor of the project can be extended. According to the analysis of domestic and overseas, the project design changes or field conditions during the phase, due to the underground structure may be the reason for the extended period. Currently in the construction period to extend the growing trend for many claims and extend the contract period to period depending on the type responsible for the different materials. In this study, real cases, such as for example, analyzed the feasibility of renewal, to analyze the opinions of lawyers, expert legal analysis was carried out. In addition, through interviews of experts on the challenges that extended from beneath the comment period extension will be deemed valid.
