치과병·의원 치과위생사의 감염관리 실천도에 미치는 요인 (Factors on Infection Control Practices of Dental Hygienists in Dental Hospitals and Clinics)

초록

본 연구는 대구·경북에 소재한 치과의료기관에 근속 중인 치과위생사를 대상으로 치과감염관리체계 현황과 치과감염관리 인지도, 실천도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 시행하였다. 자료분석방법은 연구대상자의 일반적 특성과 이에 따른 감염관리 체계현황, 인지도, 실천도를 기술통계분석하였고, 각 변수의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 연구대상자의 근무기관 형태에 따른 감염관리 체계현황, 인지도, 실천도는 t-test와 ANOVA, 감염관리 실천도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 감염관리체계 현황과 인지도, 실천도의 상관관계를 조사한 결과 감염관리체계 현황과 인지도, 실천도는 양의 상관관계가 있었다(, p<0.001). 근무기관의 감염관리 현황이 감염관리 실천도에 미치는 영향에서 인지도의 매개역할을 분석한 결과 감염관리체계 현황이 실천도에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 인지도가 매개역할을 한다는 결과를 보였다. 인지도와 감염관리체계 현황을 향상할 수 있도록 체계적, 조직적인 단계별 교육이 정기적으로 이루어지고 감염관리 실천을 지원할 수 있는 전문교육기관이 구축이 되어 제도적 개선과 장치 마련이 필요하다고 사료된다.

영어초록

This study targeted dental hygienists working at dental medical institutions located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. This study was conducted to seek ways to increase the status of dental infection control system, awareness and practice of dental infection control, and to provide basic data. As for the data analysis method, descriptive statistical analysis was performed on the general characteristics of the research subjects and the current status, awareness, and practice of the infection control system. Correlation of each variable was investigated. The current status of the infection control system, awareness, and practice according to the type of work institution of the study subjects were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA. Regression analysis was conducted on the factors affecting infection control practice. As a result of this study, the correlation between the current status of the infection control system, awareness, and practice was investigated. As a result, there was a positive correlation between the current status of the infection control system, awareness, and practice (, p<0.001). As a result of analyzing the mediating role of awareness in the effect of the infection control status of the workplace on the infection control practice level, it was shown that awareness played a mediating role in the relationship where the infection control system status affected the practice level. In order to improve awareness and the status of the infection control system, systematic and systematic step-by-step education is conducted regularly, and a specialized educational institution that can support infection control practice is established, and institutional improvement and device preparation are considered necessary.
