초록

This Study on the perspective of the Fanzhen policy during the Dezong throne from the Segmentation of Fanzhen, the right to appoint a governor of Fanzhen recovery, and policy intervention. After ascended the throne the Dezong immediately taken hard-line policy to the Fanzhen. He used the force to suppress the anti-fanzhen central policies. In this process, the Fanzhen insurgency have been divided so as to avoid them in future pose a threat to the central. Even by his own hands reform and expansion of the Shencejun(神策军) has been constantly checked, and its only purpose is to prevent excessive power strong, the central threat to the future.
After repression of the Fanzhen Rebellion, the Dezong strengthened the central power of appointment to the governor of the Fanzhen. Ascended the throne shortly after the disobedience of his crusade against the used of force of the Fanzhen, the Dezong assigned to active-insurgency among the people of the governor. From the Zhenyuan(貞元) reign, after the use of force to suppress the Fanzhen rebellion, the Dezong taken by the central appointment.
