영어 초록
Parisian chanson, as opposed to the seriousness of the Francoflemish or Netherlands style music, had blossomed in the middle of 16th century and persued french spirit of musical clarity and simplicity. In this paper, an attempt is made to substantiate these features in Parisian chanson by studying the works of Clément Janequin who is well known for onomatopeic effect of bird songs(chant des oiseaux), and those of Claudin de Sermisy and Pierre Certon. The verse structure of the 16th century poetry together with the aspects of rhythem, counterpoint and harmony in their musical works have been analysed. These study showed that simplification of counterpoint, rapid declamation tended towards syllabism and the frequently repeated notes are the caracteristic features of the Parisian chanson, In addition, short phrases as well as the well-established cadences were often empolyed. This simplicity of counterpoint, rhythm and melody lines influenced next generation of secular music and led to the expression of sentiments as well as the illustration of text.
